• People that do not recognize your burgee will not know what HLBC or CCYC means.

• The letters will not be able to be read from any distance while flying on a vessel

• The letters will read in reverse on the back of the burgee

• And last, there is no brail on the burgee for individuals with limited sight.

Reasons for putting letters on your burgee

• Someone thinks it looks nice.

• Someone thinks it is required

• Someone thinks everyone knows what HLBC sands for.

• It is on the bar napkin so it should be on the burgee

• It is on the club Logo so should be on the burgee

• And last, the burgee will only be used to hang on the wall in the clubhouse.
